The Paoli Pointe Condominium Association is pleased to provide information to realtors and prospective new owners.
Frequently Asked Questions:
May realtors display "For Sale" signs?
Yes. A "For Sale" sign is permitted for open house events on the day of the open house. An "Open House" sign might be used instead.
May a unit owner lease the condo to a non-owner occupannt?
Yes. The lease must be in writing, and a copy must be provided to the management company. Non-owner occupants include relatives of the owner and also require a written lease.
Must lessees be more than 55 years of age?
Yes. All non-owner residents must provide proof of age.
Is prior approval of remodeling required?
Yes. Major renovations including, but not limited to, recessed lighting, electrical wiring, plumbing and carpentry work must be submitted
in advance to the Board for approval. All contractors must submit details of proposed alterations and a certificate of liabililty and
workers' compensation insurance. If structural changes are proposed, like the construction or removal of all or part of a wall, the plans
must be sealed by a professional engineer.
What does the monthly home owner's association fee include?
Common Area Maintenance, Community Water and Sewer, Custodian, Community Controlled Maintenance, Building Hazard Insurance,
Landscaping and Lawn Maintenance, Snow and Ice Removal, Pool Grounds and Maintenance, Community Rooms, Exercise Equipment, DISH basic cable, Trash Removal, Building Entrance Door Security Systems.
Is there an elevator in each building?
Yes. The elevators will occasionally be out of service for maintenance and will also stop working in case of a fire in the building.
May non-residents use the pool at Paoli Pointe?
A list of pool family days are provided to all residents prior to the Memorial Day pool opening. Families and friends, along with the condo resident, are welcome to use the pool on the scheduled days.
