Community Information

Paoli Pointe Condominiums were established in 1997 and are located within the 100 block of Central Ave, Paoli, Pennsylvania.  The community consists of five secure buildings containing 141 condominiums.  Each two-bedroom, two-bath condominium contains ample closet space, primary bedroom with ensuite, full kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry hook-ups, and a private-oversized balcony that overlooks the meticulously landscaped property.

Paoli Pointe is designed as an owner-occupied community.  The Homeowners Association provides regulations and guidelines for owners who wish to rent their units.  The majority of residents at Paoli Pointe are on-site owners.

 

Paoli Pointe Living  

All Paoli Pointe residents have access to the beautifully landscaped courtyard that centers around the meticulously kept pool and barbeque area, a perfect spot for gathering.  The Community Room can be accessed through the courtyard or by way of Building 100’s Community Room entrance.  The spacious and tastefully decorated Community Room provides a living room with game tables, TV Room, conference room with WIFI, library, billiard room, and an event space that can be reserved for small get togethers/parties.   Several dedicated resident volunteers assist in managing building activities, pool grounds, parties, events, library, and many game related activities.

Each building contains a Utility Room located on the first floor for trash and recycles so residents do not have to brave the changing weather elements outside.

Paoli Pointe does allow small dogs and cats.  Residents must adhere to policies regarding animals to ensure the property is maintained properly and kept clean.

The Homeowners Association ensures that the landscaping of the property is maintained and kept up to date, that all snow and ice are promptly removed from parking lots and walkways, that all required maintenance is completed, and that all required inspections are kept up to date.
